Supporting outreach education/awareness programs involving other cultures and other nations, as well as by responding to the challenge of the Episcopal Church to assist in meeting the UN Millennium Development Goals. To meet this challenge, we give .07% of our budget to these global needs.
Kids4Peace
Kids4Peace is a grassroots interfaith youth movement dedicated to ending conflict and inspiring hope in Jerusalem and other divided societies around the world. Trinity has a history of being very supportive of this movement. Several years ago one of our teens participated in the Kids4Peace summer camp held in Shelburne. Trinity Church served as “home base” for some of the campers. One of our parishioners, Very Rev. Diane Nancekivell is the President of Kids4Peace Board of Directors.
